Dell Dock Station WD19TB no monitors displayed

Hi all,

I'm using a Dell Thunderbolt Dock - WD19TB with a HP laptop (Specs available here: HP ENVY x360 Convert 15-es0003ca Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support) currently upgraded to the latest update compatible, Windows 11.

I've been using this HP laptop for about a year and never had any issues in the past with my dock station. However, about a few weeks ago, my 2 monitors that are connected through the dock station are not being recognized anymore. However, the dock station detects my HP as it keeps charging and I can use my keyboards and mouse. Also, I'm using a Dell laptop for work with the same dock station and the issue do not reproduce. Thus, the problem is not related to the dock or cables. 

Do you perhaps have an idea of what could be causing this issue?
