Firmware update fail
Hello,
I received a firmware update notification for my Inspiron 5515 (I copied it below), I tried to install it but it failed, saying that 'the firmware cannot be installed as it is not compatible with your SSD' (see attached) No other information.
Format de fichier (file format) :Package de mise à jour pour Microsoft Windows 64 bits.
Nom du fichier (file name) :Kioxia-Solid-State-Drive-Firmware-Update-for-KBG50ZNS256G-KBG50ZNS512G-KBG50ZNS1T02_N5D21_WIN64_1120.0108_A00.EXE
Taille du fichier (file size) :14.36 MB
Does it matter that this update failed? If so, what should I do to make it work?
