"No bootable device available!!!" error when installing new SSD

My PC originally had an HDD, but it was bad, so I got a Crucial BX550 1TB 2.5in SATA SSD. I got a flash drive beforehand because I knew I would have to install Windows 10. When I plugged in the SSD and the flash drive, it showed an error that I forgot. I changed a setting in BIOS, and I got to the "No bootable device available!!!" error. Any idea how to fix it?

Press F12 upon turning on the computer at the Dell logo to bring up the boot menu. Select your flash drive with the Windows 10 setup files from the list to run setup. Once setup partitions your SSD, the no bootable device error should go away.

@Kflash08 Okay, I clicked F12 and this popped up.

@ConnerG1197 If your USB flash drive was plugged in when you launched the boot menu, the option to select would be the USB hard disk. However, before proceeding, enter the BIOS and enable secure boot before installing Windows 10. The USB option should then be moved up to the UFEI boot section.

The boot screen is displaying your SSD drive, so the computer is detecting it. Once you partition the drive during Windows setup, the SSD will then become bootable and will automatically load Windows afterwards.
