Problem with RAID1 on port SATA 0-0 and UEFI on Precision 3620

When I migrated system from 2TB RAID1 (2x2TB HDDs, MBR) field to 4TB RAID1 (2x4TB HDDs, UEFI), there discovered problem on start system. On start, after several seconds BSOD - INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE.

When I looked for solution, I found, that problem is only, when one disk in field is pluged to SATA0.

Is there some limitation in Intel Raid driver, that it does not work on SATA0 or is corrupted board ? But BIOS test are all ok. I have pluged field's disks in SATA1 and SATA2 and it works.

Note: in UEFI boot is very long discovering signal on monitor too....
