SRM Servers from W2K12R2 to W2K22

Hi All.

SRM 4.10.0.0.  FE/PBE/SBE and Collector(s) are all Windows 2012R2, which is now obsolete(EoL). We want to upgrade the OS to Windows 2022(Supported in SRM 4.10.0.0 - confirmed). However, due to organization security, OS ISO images are not allowed to be used(ISO can't be hardened and is considered as a ciber security risk by them), so we can't make standalone OS upgrades of each server to Server 2022 version. Only option is build new servers with Windows 2022 and migrate the apps into them.
We are planning and considering various options to accomplish this:
Option1: We noticed each server has Drive D:\Program Files\APG. For each Server, everything SRM related lives here. So, for each server we restore on new Servers(W2K22) in the Drive D, this entire folder path and data. Once restored. We shutdown the original servers, and rename hostname/IPs of the new W2K22 back to the original SRM server names, and bring them up and see if all SRM services comes up fine. Will this work. Anyone has experience like this.
Option2: We take a new W2K22 Server, and add it as another new collector to the existing SRM setup. Move all instances from the original collector to this, and remove/decomm that collector host. Then we do the same for other two collectors. Then we take another W2K22 Server, and add it as an 'Additional BackEnd' in existing SRM setup, once added, we remove the Secondary BackEnd Host. So, now we have all our collectors in W2K22, and Secondary BackEnd also W2K22. Now, the question comes, can we do the same steps for Primary BackEnd and Front End Hosts, and replace them. I am not able to find any document on how to do these two steps, which is: Replcing an existing Front End with a new FE, and replacing an existing PBE with a new PBE.
Option3: Follow the Dell EMC Migration Manual. This one is the most complex by the look of it. So, we try it as last option.
Please advise on the Option1/Option2.  Thank You.
