Dell active pen PN7522W
Hello,
I bought this pen with my Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 to write notes for college. I can't use this pen for more then 5 mins without it messing up. It just completely quits writing all together. The buttons still work properly. I usually have to put my laptop to sleep and turn it back on before the pen starts working again.

I have been having the same issue with the pen, usually I wait five or so minutes and it just fixes itself, I hope that there has been a definite fix for this issue.

I have had the same issue. I got in touch with the techinical support team recently. They told me it was because this pen was not compatible with my xps 9310 2in1. But it is listed in the compatibility list. Then they said the screen of my laptop did not support this pen. But this was not clearly specified in the compatibility list. If not compatible, it cannot write at all instead of sometimes working sometimes not. I think this is a technical fault. Dell has to get it resolved!!!
