Dell Venue 11 Pro 7139 Taking 3W instead 24

I have an issue with this dell Venue 11 pro.

The laptop is taking 3w instead of 24watt

Until now I have done the following:

• Replace the Dell 24W Adapter with original
• Replace MicroUSB cables
• Update bios and drivers
• Replace the Micro USB port from the daughterboard.
• Replace battery

Still same.

Is anyone who can help us?

I am thinking that it should be a charging ic that might be faulty on the board but I don't know where is it.
