Dell Venue 11 Pro Fingerprint Reader in Windows 10

Synaptics 495 Fingerprint reader has been nothing but a hassle, Windows 8.1 tried Idk how many drivers, NONE of them would register it would scan and get to the end but would say 'windows could not get a reliable fingerprint scan', I even replaced the SmartCard 02 micro board (The sensor plugs into) and the actual sensor, still same issue, now Windows 10 won't get to the last two lines ( shown in photo)! Any help Drivers are the most up to date, and I've installed and reinstalled the drivers, etc (I'm saying this because any and everything I look up anywhere close to this it just says update, etc, which I have already tried enough)
