Dell Venue 11 Pro problem

Hello everyoneToday there was a problem with the Dell Venue 11 Pro. Instead of the operating system right after the Dell logo, I have this view on the tablet. What was up? Has Windows 8.1 stopped working? How can I fix? I showed the boards on the tablet as they show up.
