dell venue 8 pro (5830) booting

hello i have dell veuse 8 pro and i reseted it after the reset when my tablet was booting i had erorre saying that the windows restarted unexpectedly and it wouldn't boot for me that happen whne the booting comes ot prepering windows stage and after that i wanted to use a bootable usb and those are my things that i used for it 

a adapter form maicro to usb

a usb hub (3.0)

a flash drive 

windwos 10 and windows 8.1 

a wird mouse 

a wird keybord 

but when i plugged in the thing and i made my bootable usb my tablet would not show any signs of booting from usb or something like that and when i go to bois there are nothing there too and my usb hub have a light bar and it was on so in knew that the things a powered but the ipad couldnt show anything or working with any of them

i will be glad to reach out for someone help me
