dell venue 8 pro 5830 problem

hello, I am having an issue with my venue, I use my venue for all my school work so its very important to me to try to get it fixed.

my issue started when the internet explore stop working, I would click on the application and it would open but never load anything on the page, I would type a web address and nothing. So I decided to do a refresh of the tablet and when I used my flash driver were I had my back up stored I get the error message that files are corrupted. so then I to go on the dell website and it link me to Microsoft website and created a recovery for windows 8 using Microsoft media creation tool.

so I proceed to reinstalled windows 8 and now I'm having issues with no network driver so I cannot connect to the internet and the touch screen does not work. i  have dealt with dell customer support and I have twice tried to get the recovery flash drive which twice

I have found that it does not exists since both times I tried to purchase  the usb drive, the order gets cancelled 4 days later.

any help would be greatly appreciated

You need an USB hub. Connect the hub with an USB-OTG adapter to the USB port of the venue, then put the "Intel Atom Z3000 Series Driver" and the "Dell Wireless 1538 WiFi/Bluetooth Driver" on the stick, and plug it into the hub. Then plug in an USB mouse too, and use that to select and install the drivers. After that the wifi and touch screen should be working. This is normal behavior of windows 8.

You can get all the drivers here:
