Major Camera Issue

Venue 10 5055 Tablet, Windows 10

Can anyone help with this issue? After reinstalling windows 10 (several times - both from hard drive and download) I continue to get a "camera not found" error message. This happens both with the app and with Skype. A Dell tech connected and went thru all the settings and couldn't get it working so, of course, he said it was hardware. I installed 2 new cameras and same error. I'm willing to pay Dell but not in advance, only if they find the problem but they won't go for that.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
