Not Flashing Rom

hi i recently found issue on my mobile device i usually flash firmware in my Lenovo k8 note but right now i have installed many drivers but this phone is not connecting with dell XPS 13 i also download the firmware file from apkgrape. 

i dont know how to fix issue or i need to download firmware from other websites?
