PN720R Rugged Pen Disconnecting Every Few Minutes

I have the Latitidue 7220 Rugged Extreme, and the only Active Pen compatible with this tablet is the PN720R. It's no use in finding help with this device since I can't find anymore information anywhere, not even set up video of the pen. Anyways, when I'm taking notes, the pen would disconnect and reconnect within 30 seconds, sometimes shorter or longer. This would happen every few minutes. This is a work device so before you make me update any drives, just know that this would take incredible amounts of effort and patience. But if I have to then I will. I also noticed that this was a problem for all of the other active pens.
