Support Assistant for Dell Venue 5830

For Dell Venue 5830 running windows 10.

Downloaded "SupportAssistantLauncher" in admin account; when I double-click to launch the App, Windows asks 'Do I want to run the App', I click Yes but nothing happens. I don't receive any error messages; I entered the SupportAssistantLauncher into the Windows Defender firewall, but it made no difference. Also tried running in Windows 8 compatibility mode; still made no difference.

Any suggestions?
