There won't be an official way to do this, since you're asking about a Venue that's probably a decade old. There may be a way to do it unofficially, depending on whether or not someone has produced a custom ROM image for the system.
These exist for some more popular Android tablets (Samsung, etc.) but may or may not for the Venue, which did not sell in anywhere near the numbers Samsung's did.
