Venue 10 Pro 5055, fresh installing Windows?

I feel like we are all lost souls with no guidance here heh. Seriously, though, I'm slightly farther in that I can get to the Windows 10 Hello screen that asks what country / language / time zone etc. but the touch screen is not registering any touch on that screen and there is no on screen keyboard at this screen although I can see an accessibility icon that I cannot use because I cannot touch / tap on it. Also the External USB is able to be toggled off and on in the BIOS, but no matter which way it is set no keyboard / mice / USB drives register.
