Venue 5055 Says "No Battery"
Battery wasn't charging up so I bought a new one. I have a 24w charger and after more than 24 hours it says"10% 14 minutes 3 minutes to fully charged". Then just sitting at the home screen it starts losing charge. At one point it wouldn't start after sitting on the charger but I was able to power it up but plugging in the external power companion battery.
At one point I got a message that said "no battery".
Anyone else had this issue?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Dell customer service has been absolutely abhorrent. They won’t help you at all. Go Apple next time. I sure am!
