Venue 8 5830 Pro - Windows 10?

I recently acquired a Venue 8 5830 Pro (that is how the Dell site recognizes it.)  I had to do a factory reset since no knew the password.  It is now back to Windows 8.1 instead of Windows 10.

I know the Windows 10 "free" period is over but I have access to Windows 10 media.  But is there anything "special" about the version of Windows that is on this device?  Will a standard ISO work to install Windows 10 on this?

BTW: I did try to go to the Windows 10 download site (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10) but after downloading the tool, it said I didn't have enough room -- 5+GB and it needs 8GB.  So, I've cleaned the drive but the rest is all OS stuff.  WinSxS is takeing 7GB by itself.

I was able to clear enough space to run the Windows 10 tool and now have it installed.

I upgraded to Windows 10 32-bit. I used the Media Creation Tool to create installation files on USB media and ran setup.exe. I had to removed partition 6 (Dell Recovery partition for Windows 8) and extend partition 5 (NTFS Windows partition, C: drive) because the upgrade required 5.5 GB of space. Installed the Dell chipset drivers (Intel Atom Z3000 Series Driver, 5830_Chipset_Driver_67YC3_WN32_603.9600.2067.27988_A00.EXE) for Windows 10 because the camera did not work. Windows 10 upgrade created a new partition 6 (Recovery partition for Windows 10).

As indicated in my answer, I have it all working.  I didn't have to do anything special except free up enough space (8GB) and then install Windows.  I had already installed the drivers.  All is working.
