Venue 8 Pro 3845 stuck on Dell logo after attempting to upgrade to Win 10

My Dell Venue 8 pro is stucks on Dell logo on startup. I have tried all the ways to reinstall Windows with USB but when I boot from USB, only blank screen appears. I can open the BIOS where I try to add boot options and see that the internal disk has 3 partitions and 3rd one has all the system files. Don't know what file to choose as a boot option. Support is closed by Dell for this device now and now the device is like a stone. I don't know what to do. Many people have faced the same issue as I explored the internet but no one got solution. Please help if anyone has a proven solution for this. Thanks.
