Venue 8 Pro -- Dell keeps saying it needs a driver update

I recently acquired a Venue 8 5830 Pro -- that's what the Dell site recognizes it as based upon the Service Tag.  I had to do a factory reset as no one knew the password for it.  (Down side, of course, is it is now back at Windows 8.1 instead of the Windows 10 it was on -- but I'll be researching that.)

My question is that the site keeps saying it needs the driver update for the "Drivers for OS Deployment -- Intel Chipset Driver".  I downloaded it and when I ran it, it reported that the installed driver was at the same or newer date than the one being ran.  So I ignored it, had the site check again, and it still reported it.  So I went ahead and installed the driver anyway.  And the site still says it needs this driver.

Is this expected behavior for this device and driver?

I found another post related to this which had not been resolved.  I finally gave up.  All is working fine so not going to bother further.
