Venue 8 Pro won't charge or turn on
When I plug the charger in, the light flashes red once for 1/4 second, then turns off. If I press the power button afterwards, it lights up once (red again), then fades out and doesn't light up again, even if I press it. I haven't used it in about a month, but I've left it charging for about a day (with intermittent attempts to turn it on) and it's still not working.
Note: I can't seem to find the service tag anywhere on it. Probably fell off somewhere :P

Okay I feel like an idiot. Tried switching cables and plugging it into a wall socket instead of the power strip I was using and it worked fine. The charging light behavior made me freak out a bit though.
