Will Latitude 7220 XFR support Ubuntu 22?
Hi - I've been doing a lot of searching and can't seem to find any resources stating whether the Dell Latitude 7220 XFR (Rugged Extreme Tablet) supports Ubuntu 22. I've checked the Canonical Ubuntu Certified hardware site, only laptops/desktops seem to be listed - no Dell rugged tablets.
I'd prefer to know in advance of spending upwards of $3K on a new device whether it will support the needed operating system for immediate deployment to the field.
If anyone can provide confirmation or support, it would be greatly appreciated!

Ubuntu 22.10-desktop-amd64 confirmed operational on this Latitude 7220 Rugged Extreme Tablet.
All native devices are recognized by "live boot" Ubuntu 22.10-desktop image, even touchscreen!
Please see below screenshots of comms and pci/usb devices recognized.
Install complains of Intel RST (https://help.ubuntu.com/rst/) (&tldr; RAID) in use on installed drives.
Pursuing path of installing Ubuntu 22.10-desktop on MicroSD (remember to enable boot from Micro SD within BIOS) for dual-boot system to leverage default Windows 10 image installed at factory (best of both worlds, depending upon environment used).
Hope this post and follow-up information helps any other Linux geek needing a ruggedized compute platform for field SDR operations.
