DP4400 can't login to ACM

I installed DP4400,

I'm login to ACM via CAT cable connected IDPA to my laptop and then I open ACM default IP with my browser.
I'm following the step by step process but today I want to back login ACM but I can't log in.

I make sure my current user id and password are correct, and I'm tryed the default user and the password appliance is still wrong.

can't I get another solution for reset my user and password for login to ACM?

please help.
