EMC Grab not collecting HBA Info for ESXi hosts

Hi Team,

We ran emc grab for 100+ESXi hosts but it is not collecting HBA information for the hosts & as a result it shows RED for HBA parameters . These ESXi hosts are on a UCS & their connectivity is through FCoE through CISCO FI's.

Do anyone had similar issue & will appreciate if someone can share how we can resolve this issue & get the correct output for FCoE WWN's & their Firmware/Drive info. This is required in preparation for SAN migration.
