ESXi 7.0 Patch

VMware recently released a patch for ESXi 7.  There is no custom Dell ISO for the patch.  Should only the security update be applied (ESXi-7.0U3sf-20036586-standard) since the driver may not have been verified by Dell or can the entire patch with security and bug fixes (ESXi-7.0U3f-20036589-standard).
