Intégration VSI with pki certificat vCenter
I am trying to deploy Dell VSI 10. on a vCenter that is signed with a pki certificate. As much as I had no worries about deploying with the self signed. But every time I have this
Unable to import certificate(s). Please verify that the selected certificate(s) are valid for the vCenter or Storage System and attempt action again
I tried the following solutions:
- only vcenter certificate
- vcenter certificate, intermediate pki, pki
- certificate, pki string
- string (vcenter,intermediate,pki)
Nothing works, I don't understand what I missed

VSI is really awkward when it comes to importing certificate chains. Create a base64 certificate chain file in this order (top to bottom)
vCenter MachineSSL > Intermediate CA > Root CA
or
vCenter MachineSSL > vCenter VMCA > Intermediate CA > Root CA
Save the file as a .pem NOT .cer or .crt.

For reference, the certificate import steps are available here.
