Need ESXi v7.0 u3 Dell image for r630

Need ESXi v7.0 u3 Dell image for r630 with Intel Xeon e5-2600v3 (3 hosts) and v2 (2 hosts)  series CPUs. Dell's site says it exists, but I can't find it anywhere to download. Tried looking on VMWare's site and it's not listed there either. Can someone maybe post a link to where I can find this image so I can get my hosts upgraded to vsphere 7u3.
