Hello eugenelam,
If you still have a service contract on your VNXe1600 then you can download the OE from the following link. https://dell.to/3wyzmb1
What errors are you getting when your system tries to boot and go into service mode?

Hello eugenelam,
Based on the error that is shown “SP Service Hint Code: 0xFC1B0003 - MCC cache lost”, that requires tech support assistance to recover from MCC cache loss. Once the MCC is recovered then you can reimage your SP.

Hello eugenelam,
You can try to call support and they should offer you a pay as you need service for your VNXe 1600. Now if the system has been out of warranty for a long time, then they might not be able to offer that service.
