Dell vWorkspace won't launch on client machine

Hello everyone, I would like to ask about a problem with 1 particular client, we have vworkspace working on a lot of machines in the same company with different configurations, win 7, 10, edge, chrome, etc.

But there is only 1 client that can log into vworkspace and see the 2 vdi's but in the moment he clicked one of them nothing happens, we usually see a bar loading and then the vdi pops up but in this case we don't see the bar or any process running, is this a common issue or is there a workaround / diagnosis to do with this case?
