Add multiple certs in a single PCoIP config

I am trying to figure out to add multiple certificates to my PCoIP devices (Wyse P25) in a singe config. The pem file I am getting my certificate info from has three separate certs (primary,trusted,root). When I add the cert directly on the wyse device it works fine, when I add it through the config file it does not, I have to create a config for each separate cert and apply them separately.
