Devices not checking in after WDM upgrade from 5.0 to 5.5 to 5.7
Hello . I updated our WDM server from 5.0 to 5.5 to 5.7 yesterday and all went well. But now I see that the devices(mostly T10s running ThinOS) have not checked in since I started the upgrade process yesterday. Any ideas on what could have happened? Even the newer Wyse 3010s running the latest firmware are not checking in. This is my first post so hopefully I did it right. Thanks!

I believe that you need the latest HAGENT for WDM installed on the clients.
