ThinPrint Issues

We're trying to use thin print in our org and we found great success when users with windows laptop connected users, however when they connect via Wyse thin client(thinOS), they get the printer but when you go to print we get a bunch of errors that come out as the print job instead of the doc we are trying to print.   We are using Horizon VDI 7.6, device is wyse 3040, and printer is HP laserjet P2035 if that helps.
