Wyse Device Manager 5.7 Virtual Directory

I was having some issues with my thin clients checking into WDM so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Well during the reinstall I have ran into an issue with it wanting to make sure the virtual directory is configured during the Software Repository section. I go through the steps and try to continue, but it keeps popping up to configure the virtual directory. Can anyone give me some ideas as to what's going on? 

We are running on Server 2012 R2 if that matters at all.
