Need help with the model identification

Hello,

Can you please assist me to identify the correct model?

Model #: Dx0D
Part #: 909648-02L
Product ID: D10DP 2GF/2GR INTL

There are no Dell service tags, so it seems to be a legacy Wyse. I can't find it under https://appservices.wyse.com/pages/serviceandsupport/support/downloads.asp either.

I think it runs Wyse OS.

Where can I download the latest software and is it possible to install other OSs (Linux or WES7)?

Thank you.

What you have is a Dell Wyse D10DP which is a Wyse ThinOS unit with PCoIP support. To download the latest OS, requires that you have Software Maintenance for each thin client. This will allow you access to the Self-Service portal to obtain the software. To purchase Software Maintenance, please contact you thin client supplier.

Hello and good morning.

Your information is a bit over my head but:

Go to support.dell.com and click on "detect my system" . You will at least have the Service Tag then go to chat support and give the tech your service tag and ask for the Express Service Code.

Food for thought.

Mark, there are no Dell service tags attached.

Googling for D10DP reveals that it's probably Wyse 5000 Series Thin Client with PCoIP (http://www.dell.com/us/business/p/wyse-d10dp/pd).

However I cannot find any downloads neither under Dell Support nor under Wyse (unless it's D50D, but it's not Linux...)
