Out of warranty - Server T320 6TD2VB2 - Offer request for onsite intervention (urgent)

i'm Riccardo Fattore, Dell ISR assignet to italian customer IT2274717.

Could you please provide an offer for onsite repair for server T320 with TAG 6TD2VB2?

The system doen't work, cause the boot doesn't start. An orange led flashes over an HDD.
