Dell Precision T3620 keeps rebooting

Hi,

We have two Dell Precision T3620 machines that reboot every 5-10 minutes.
I have reinstalled both with w10/w11, completely from scratch, result is the same. Sometimes it does it during installation, sometimes I get as far as installing Office. They reboot completely randomly, so that a few days ago both were working perfectly fine.
I replaced SSD, power cable, but it didn't help. Bios is the latest one available on Dell site, no LEDs blinking, no CPU heat sink heating up, no capacitors leaking, most of them are solid anyway.
No parts have been replaced previously, no new hardware.
If anyone has any idea what could be wrong, I would appreciate it

Hi,

try to strip down to 1 dimm, and see if keeps happening ( also did you try the F12 diag tests ? )

Hi,

it also restarts during the F12 diag test, sometimes it reaches memory test, sometimes it doesn't. The story is similar with the memory test, even if I use it with only one memory modul. In the meantime, I re-pasted because the old one was almost solid, but that didn't help either.

Anyway, thanks for the idea.

just to try, if you can, a different gpu ?

Anyway this leaves out a motherboard issue ( like a 50 cents part failing ), or the psu "blinking" (with  the mb being the most likely).

Still is weird that 2 machines developed the same issue at the same time ( feels an electrical induced damage )
