Master passwords will no longer be given out through this Forum

Due to customer security concerns, going forward, this can no longer be done through the Forum. You must call in to Dell Technical Support for your country. They will verify all of your data as the owner of the laptop, put you on hold, and then contact an L2 technician to get the password reset.
