早上的时候把存储恢复出厂设置了，然后可以正常登录web界面，手贱安装了一下中文语言包，然后叫我重新登录一下，输入账户密码后就一直卡在这个界面了...恢复出厂设置也不行

您好！
应该是安装了高于 Unity OE 版本的语言包，导致了 Unisphere 无法打开。参考下面KB里的解决方法试试看：

有可能是缓存故障。建议您直接联系DELLEMC电话支持（4006700009），然后远程帮您看一下，因为缓存故障可能导致数据丢失。还有，您可以参考下面的视频收集一份unity的日志，一起让工程师看一下。
