Dell R610 Collecting System Inventory

Question

I have 2x Dell R610 servers. One proceeds quickly through POST while the other drops into 'Collecting System Inventory' for about 10 mins before booting. Is there a way to disable the 'collecting system inventory' on every boot?

Hello Access LifeCycle Controller>Home>Hardware Configuration>Hardware Inventory. Select CSIOR link. Disable or Enable CSIOR.    It should solve the issue Thanks
