Does Dell G3 15 3500 supports Gen4 M.2 Nvme SSD's or it will run at the normal Gen3 speeds?

My laptop(Dell G3 15 3500) currently has 256gb SSD & 1tb HDD setup(from company). I am planning to upgrade my SSD and i am confused between Gen4 & Gen3 SSD's as it is not mentioned anywhere if it supports Gen4 SSD's which are obviously faster than Gen3. Will i get the higher speeds of Gen4 or it will run on Gen3 speeds?

I've these two SSD's in mind, kindly suggest one-
