Symptoms
An "Error Recovery Mode" message is shown at the login screen after upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1.
Cause
Novell client issue.
Resolution
If you have a Novell client that is installed before the Windows upgrade, it should be updated (Novell Client 2 SP4 for Windows 8.1) to help prevent the error message after the upgrade.
