How to get more information about Office 365 with On-Premise and Off-Premise support for Exchange and Lync

Microsoft provides documentation on setting up Lync and Exchange with Office 365. Here is some technical documentation on the process. It is possible to use Office 365, with Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2013. Set up of Exchange 2010 integration is also supported. This requires setting up some external records in the public DNS, followed with a download and a few power shell commands to make the Active Directory environment federate to Office 365.
