To submit an error code from a Pre-boot System Analysis test, go to Pre-Boot System Performace Check, sign in using your Dell or social media account, enter the error code, validation code, and system service tag, complete the captcha, and fill out your shipping details. Then click 'Submit Request' and you'll receive an email with the details of your Service Request.
If you have an error code from a Pre-boot System Analysis test, submit it to us online. Whenever possible we'll send you replacement parts without you having to contact support.
Go to dell.com/support/home/pre-boot-analysis. Click 'My Account' and sign in using your Dell, or social media account. Enter the error code, validation code and system service tag.
Complete the captcha, then click 'Submit'. Fill out your shipping details, then click 'Continue'. Check your details, then click 'Submit Request'. You'll receive an email with the details of your Service Request.
