To install the Dell TrueMobile 5100 Tri-band GPRS PC Card User Guide into the Windows XP Help and Support Center copy the CAB file to the following location: c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\batch.
The User Guide can then be found under the list of Device Guides or you can simply locate it by searching for keywords such as GPRS, TrueMobile, 5100 etc.
