The user may see one or a multitude of Alarm #68 recorded in the UPS Event Log. Functionality of the UPS remains except the batteries may not be fully charged. The new firmware resolves the issue.

Download the ZIP file containing the new firmware. Extract the firmware file (location of file is not critical as long as you know where it is located)

To install the UPS firmware on the UPS use the UPS Firmware Upgrade Tool revision 01.06.0003 or later. The User's Guides for the Upgrade Tool are provided as part of the Upgrade Tool download.
