Adding or Updating the Driver on a System. 1) Install the DKMS rpm package if needed. Use this command: 2) rpm -ivh dkms-2.0.22.0-1.noarch.rpm NOTE: Use rpm -Uvh dkms-2.0.22.0-1.noarch.rpm when updating an existing package. 3) Install the Driver package. Use this command 4) rpm -Uvh megaraid_sas-v00.00.04.31.2-1.noarch.rpm 5) Verify the driver has been loaded with this system command: modinfo megaraid_sas and this dkms command: dkms status
