Removing the speakers

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer .
  2. Remove the:
    1. base cover

    2. battery

    3. hard drive assembly or M.2 SSD or PCIe SSD
    4. WWAN

    5. WLAN

    6. dock frame

  3. To remove the speaker:
    1. Disconnect the speaker cable [1].
    2. Lift the latch and disconnect the cable [2, 3].
    3. Remove the screw [4].
    4. Lift the LED board [5].
    5. Remove the speaker from the computer [6].
