Ensure that
the power switch on the power supply module that you are installing,
is in the
off position.
Slide the new power supply module into the chassis until
the power supply module is fully seated.
Rotate both the release lever toward the chassis until
the power supply module locks into place.
Connect the power cable to the power supply module and
plug the cable into a power outlet.
CAUTION: When connecting the power cable, secure the cable with the cable
securing bracket.
NOTE: When installing
or hot-swapping a new power supply module, allow several seconds for
the system to recognize the power supply module and determine its
status. The power-supply status indicator turns green to signify that
the power supply module is functioning properly.
