步骤

  1. 开启计算机。
  2. 当计算机引导时，在出现 Dell 徽标时按 F12 键。
  3. 在引导菜单屏幕上，选择 Diagnostics（诊断程序）选项。
    将显示 Enhanced Pre-boot System Assessment（已启用预引导系统评估）窗口，列出计算机中检测到的所有设备。诊断程序开始在所有检测到的设备上开始运行。
  4. 如果您希望在特定的设备上运行诊断测试，按 Esc 键并单击 Yes（是） 来停止诊断测试。
  5. 从左侧窗格中选择设备，然后单击 Run Tests（运行测试）。
  6. 如果出现任何问题，将显示错误代码。
